Poltava region launched the second phase of the European Union and UNDP joint project "Community Based Approach to Local Development CBA" – II, aimed at supporting rural communities in addressing critical needs of their development and improvement of living conditions. The workshop presented an action plan to implement the project in the region. Special attention was paid to the explanation of the approach which is the basis of the project on "development-oriented to community." The project will have a budget of 17.1 million euros, of which 98.4% - EU contribution, 1.6% - contribution of UNDP. The project duration is 4 years and will operate on the territory of Ukraine and Crimea.
