On 25 May 2012 Mr. Olivier Adam, UNDP Resident Representative has paid an official visit to Mykolayivska oblast. During his visit he met with regional authorities, CO representatives and has visited Bashtahnsky rayon community recourse center.

During the meeting with Mr. Nikolayenko G., the First Deputy Head of OSA and Mr. Diatlov I., the Head of OC Mr. Olivier Adam has discussed the results and perspectives of CBA –II Project implementation and cooperation of Mykolayiv region with UNDP Ukraine on different directions.

Maryivka village accepted Mr. Olivier with traditional hospitality. CO members have organized visit to the school which was repaired thanks to participation of the community in the CBA Project. Community members told about great honor and luck of having been the participant of such Project which so significantly had changed their behavior in solving of the problems of village. 

During the visit to Bashtansky RCRC the Head Bashtansky RSA said that the main achievement of the CBA Project and local authority is that they managed to mobilize rayon community and now it is ready to solve their problems by their own with assistance of local authority. CO members organized concert, master class of different folk crafts and many other festive events.
