Third meeting of the Regional Coordination Council in Poltava
On 19 July 2012 the third session of the Regional Coordinating Council on monitoring of CBA-II implementation at Poltava region took place at Lokhvytsya village.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Poltava oblast Elena Adamovich, Project Coordinator in the area - the head of the Foreign Relations and Foreign Economic at Obkast Administration Dmitry Orlov, Head of the International Cooperation and Foreign Investment Department of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic at Oblast Administration Dolzhenko Marya V., heads of rayon administrations and rayon councils, heads of rayon` resource centers – project participant, heads of rayon administrations and rayon councils districts, heads of rural pilot village councils and heads of NGOs at Lohvitskiy rayon.
During the meeting project coordinator at Poltava oblast Starchyk Vitalina presented component on energy efficiency and announced a competition among rayons which are project participants.
Representatives of eleven administrations and rayon councils reported to participants on the achievements and experience of the project in their areas.
The meeting resulted to adoption by the Coordinating Board a number of decisions necessary to enhance and accelerate the implementation of the Project.
