Poltava communities are summarizing results of meetings and regional forums on local development
In December 2012 Vitalina Starchyk and Galina But, Project Assistants conducted regular forums on local development in all rayons of Poltava oblast.
The main topics for discussion were: the implementation of the second phase of the Community Based Approach project in 2012, the status of the project in participating rayons, the implementation of the second phase of the CBA project in 2013: replication component, energy efficiency component; issues of financing the project in 2012 and 2013.
