The first session of the oblast coordination council on the CBA project implementation took place on 16 July 2009 in the ODA. The oblast coordination council was created due to the decree № 246 of the Head of the ODA dated 08 May 2009. The OCC includes department heads of the ODA, OC, each of 8 rayons involved into implementation of the Project.
