The second phase of the CBA Project started on 15 July 2011 in Prykarpattia region. 

The Partnership Agreement has been signed between ODA, OC and UNDP. The document has been signed by Mr. Vyshyvaniuk, the Head of the ODA, Mr. Sych, the Head of the OC and Mr. Berdiyev, an Assistant Resident Representative.

During this period the priority directions of the implementation of the Project will be economical initiatives and alternative energy saving methods. It is planned to use the amount of € 17.000.000. Prykarpattia will receive € 400.000 from this amount.
