Representatives of the Project together with RDA/RC focal points prepared instructions on the creation and activity of rayon local development forums simultaneously with the introduction of the educational training and work with micro-projects.

Activity of Forums allowed communities to express their opinion at the rayon level and to discuss questions regarding the implementation of the project in rayons, approvement of own plans by communities, their involving to the local plans of the villages and rayons territories, work with micro-projects and community approval for their financing. Plans of communities were recommended for the plan of the oblast development.
