On the meetings which took place on 22-23 September 2011 in OCDU representatives of the rayons-partners to CBA Project, coordinator of the Project from Lugansk Regional State Administration and the Project coordinator in Luganska oblast were present. In accordance to selection results, 36 village communities will participate in the Project implementation and 57 communities have been selected as reserve.

During October were conducted first seminars and dialogs with village and urban village communities, where were presented CBA Project methodology and all steps of micro-project implementation.  As of 01.11.2011 CBA-II Project coordinators have conducted in 26 communities 26 seminars, where participated 1382 persons, where 139 people were representatives of local, rayon and oblast authority.
