On 24 May 2012 in Yavkyne village took place great celebration of ambulatory opening. The idea to create ambulatory rose in 2011 when Yavkynska village council won in the competition for participation in CBA-II Project. After the establishment of CO “Chas zmin” it created community development plan and selected as its priority health of people. For many years 450 villagers were utilizing old building as its ambulatory. Absence of space and equipment made people to go to rayon center for receiving simple medical assistance that was extremely difficult for elder people and children. When all people supported this project on repair of ambulatory, rayon authority joined them and provided with premise in the center of the village for allocation of local ambulatory.  

The festival was visited by very honorable guests such as Jaysingh Sah, International manager of CBA-II Project and Olena Ruditch, Community Development Specialist, representatives from oblast health protection department, doctors from rayon hospital, and deputies of Oblast Council. It was real birthday of the best ambulatory community ever had, community has also received certificate for new equipment, furniture, computer, all things which are necessary for successful implementation of communities plans. 

After opening of the object, guest have visited premise of the ambulatory and CO members have demonstrated the results of project implementation. Total cost of the object was 186,269.00 UAH. CO together with rayon authority has additionally provided gas and water supply to the premise, repaired floor and wall inside and outside. To the coordination quality council entered representatives from all corresponding departments.

CO Members were waiting with anticipation for the dialog. Membership share was provided even by elder people; in CO was established monetary fund for solving of social issues. In March CO developed new social activity on creation of park near ambulatory.  Villagers were so inspired by creation of new ambulatory that decided by their own repair the second floor and make library there.
