On 7 October in city Bilyaivtsi, Odesa region the Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the issues state development, regional policies and local self-governance in partnership with Bilyaivtsi city council and with the support of the joint EU/UNDP CBA Project organizes a round table “Practices of implementation of the Law of Ukraine “About volunteer amalgamation of territorial communities” based on the Odesa region experience”.
