Project in Cherkaska oblast. As of today under the auspices of oblast authorities the Project has been successfully realized by rural communities in 8 selected rayons. The majority of community
initiatives has already received the first trance from the Project and rayon budgets, as well as they have attracted funds from communities and local business and started to realize their
